I finally got new pictures! However, as I feared, one of the rolls was light damaged. But on one of the rolls, I found this! How groovy isn't this double-exposure?
Santa was good to me this year. I did get 120 mm film! I got 5 rolls of Kodak Portra 400vc and I can't wait to try them out.

I'm running out of pictures to post at the moment. I think it's time to send a new batch to my most eminent developer. I also need to get better at taking more pictures which is not the easiest to do considering it is pitch black when I get home from work. Prehaps it's time to build a mini-studio at home and experiment...
In 1291, the glass makers of Venice were forced to move to Murano due to the risks of fire. In the following century, exports began, and the island became famous, initially for glass beads and mirrors. Today, the artisans of Murano are still employing these centuries-old techniques, crafting everything from contemporary art glass and glass jewelry to Murano glass chandeliers and wine stoppers (?).

I know its a bit early to update today (every third day) but I have so many images I want to share with you. Especially the ones from Venice. A few rays of sunlight in a, now, quite dark time of the year. This image isn't the sunniest one but you just have to imagine the the warmth of the ancient walls...
Today I woke up in an apartment covered in glitter. My own apartment but never the less. It felt almost magical, the atmosphere of yesterdays amazing party still lingering. Then the smell of stale beer kicked in. Thank you all for coming yesterday, I love you all...
Late again updating! So sorry!! This weekend the annual town party started. I really like the free konsert but I could do without the drunken masses in the street, the sticky smell of Langos, elk-kebab and other weird stuff that you wouldn't even consider as food on a normal day!
Finally a new set of rolls. More weird, gorgeous pictures to chooce from. But I do have to get a grip now, there were too many out-of-focus, half cropped and overexposed images. Sometimes is fun anyway, sometimes not...
A day late updating the blog. Sorry about that. My short vacation has come to an end. Monday I'll be back at work. Maybe I don't miss the commuting but I miss my friends at work. This time the soundtrack is a complete album by one single artist. Just because he's worth it: http://open.spotify.com/user/annahawk/playlist/43XjlCVaVFhlzvkrr5M2nU
In Sweden we have a saying that goes something like "the one who whispers, lies" (den som viskar, han ljuger). In some cases thats true, sometimes you just want your friend to notice that hot little thing in the corner :)
I don't know what to say... this picture kind of speaks for itself. The soundtrack for this picture contains some of Iris's favorite tunes to dance to. Although I absolutely adore her right now, I can't wait to see what she's like when she grows up.
