I don't know if its the type of film I'm using or my camera that makes my pictures so vivid! Even a concrete, glass blocks and a boring brick wall fascinates me.

Sometimes life feels like a massive staircase. Once you get to the top, there's another one. But it sure is good exercise!

Ooopss... Sorry for the delay, I have to update this blog more often! But my absence has good reasons. I haven't been shooting a lot lately but more taken in inspiration. More and new stuff will come!

I have the wackiest friends! They are getting more and more use to me dragging several cameras around and are not shy to strike a pose. Love them all.

Walk on by...

Today started the dreaded Malmö Festivalen. I'm not a big fan. I enjoy free music but the rest I could live without. If not, at least this could be a great photo-op, all the drunken decadence.

Trip's here!

My first developed rolls shot with my new Olympus Trip just got in! I was quite nervous because I have already shot a massive amount of rolls without knowing if the camera even worked. But it did! And quite nicely, if I do say so myself. Now I just have to send off the other fifteen rolls I got laying around.

Summer's end?

It's raining, it's been raining all day. Is the summer to its end? I'm going to miss it. I'm going to miss my tan, the picnics, the beaches, the beers in the sun. But a small part of me is looking forward to leaves changing colour, the cups of tea sipped in the sofa while reading a good book and of course, the autumn fashion.

Lazy

Yesterday I got a reprimand from my mum that I wasn't updating my blogs enough. And yes, I have been a bit lazy. But that was the plan, wasn't it?

As time goes by...

Midway through my summer vacation, I'm not feeling as relaxed and bored as I thought. I keep coming up with stuff I should do. There is at least one thing I actually started with. And that is putting together a book with some of my favourite Diana images. I found a printer in the States that seems great. Hopefully I can print a few copies in the fall (didn't know how expensive it was). Keep an eye out...

Blue sea

A few days ago, I took my first swim in the sea for the summer. Well, I can't really call it a swim, more like a dip because of it was very shallow. It might take me awhile to get into the water but when I'm in, I never want to leave.

Blue skies

Since a few weeks back, we been blessed with blue skies and warm weather. I'm so happy the sun is out. I feel my energy level rising and looking forward to my four weeks of vacation coming up.

A midsummer nights dream

I just had one of the best weekends ever! We celebrated Midsummer. The weather was great, I got a lot of colour (read red) and ate lots of food. I think I ate enough potatoes (and other potato-based products) to last me a life time! How was your midsummer?

Train

I thought I had developed all my rolls from Paris and I was pleasantly surprised there was a few images left. This is the train that slowly drives tourists around the winding streets of Montmartre.

Finally some sunshine! And three newly developed rolls of film! Hopefully I'll be able to update my blog a bit more frequent. Stay tuned...

Everything french

I love french food, fashion, perfumes, architecture, art and wine. Only thing I don't love is the language... But that's just because I don't speak it. And that's all my fault.

On top of the world

From the top of Mont Martre you can almost see the whole of Paris.

Metro

I miss Paris. Although the weather wasn't the best, that didn't matter. We were in one of the prettiest cities in the world, far away from work, enjoying good food and good friends.

This is one of the first pictures I took on our trip to Paris. We were all very excited and looking forward to our mini-vacation. I leaned over Melissa in order to take some photos. Until she got tired of me and we changed seats...

Friday beers

On Friday afternoons you can bring your own beer to the local record store and enjoy it surrounded by friends and good music. A great way to start your weekend.

There is this iPhone app that's called Hipstamatic. I don't like it. It distorts, fades, colour splashes your photo by the touch of a button. Everything I try to do the old fashioned way. Eat this, hipstamatic!

Knaster

I love this dog! His name is Knaster and is very typical for his race, mellow and doesn't make much noise.

Frosty

There was this one day in Älmhult when the sky was bright blue and everything looked like it has been dipped in sugar. I went out during my lunch break with Holga in my hand...

It's been awhile since I saw a good horror movie. This weekend I saw "Drag me to hell". I really liked it although I got more scared from my movie friend's scream than the actual movie…

Blue Skies

I long for blue skies and the warm rays from the sun. I don't care about the lovely crisp winter mornings anymore. Gimme sun!

Cold

It is the coldest winter since 1942. Luckily I have roof over my head and warm food to eat.

Family

Whenever my family gather for dinner these tend run for several hours. We talk and discuss many subjects. It's so important to take time in these busy days.

Although it's nice with a real winter, I'm getting a bit tired if it. Spring time, please!

I like food and food likes me. This season has been filled with great food, from Thanksgiving at V's place to Sunday dinner at Mum's. This year could be a good food year!

Half the woman

I am so tired right now. I have been working to much and not sleeping properly since New Years Eve. But I'm not complaining...

Business as usual

First day back at work. It's great to see all my co-workers again but I can't help feel the holidays went by a little to fast. A week more of relaxation would have been nice. I did manage a couple of nights sleeping for almost 12 hours, and there was a few nights I only slept for 4.
